Return Process

  Log into your Venum Asia account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the gear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the equipment for signs of wear or use, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
